• Pre-Order or Imported Items: Estimated delivery time 4–8 weeks, depending on supplier lead time and customs clearance.
• Large Equipment & Gym Packages: We’ll schedule a delivery date that works best for you, ensuring safe handling.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics providers for bulky/heavy equipment and express couriers for smaller accessories. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped

• Within Jabodetabek (Jakarta area): FREE shipping & Installation.

• Outside Jabodetabek: Shipping fees depend on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. We’ll provide an exact quotation before checkout.

• Full Gym Packages: More information will be provided by our Sales.

Assembly & Installation

• Many of our machines come with professional installation service. Our team ensures proper assembly, safety checks, and a demo of how to use the equipment.
• For home gyms or smaller items, self-assembly guides and video tutorials are included, with optional installation service available upon request.
